I am pleasantly surprised to say my prescription Prada sunglasses came and are identical to the ones I compared them to in a walk-in opticians'. I placed my order on march 19th, and they arrived to canada on april 24th.

Initially I mistakenly ordered non-polarised lenses, but customer service was very helpful and allowed me to pay the balance of the correct lenses.

The prescription is correct!

I was genuinely worried that they would never arrive, or they would arrive damaged as there are many, many bad reviews haha.

I'm giving 4 stars because they used my billing address instead of my mailing address for delivery. In the end, I received them, but it was a day's worth of tracking them down.

I would consider ordering from them again!

Customer service second to none! I rang and asked if at all possible could I receive quick, lady was lovely and went above and beyond for me!
Designer glasses are fabulous aswell. Perfect transaction my third and won’t be my last.

Best price but slowish delivery.... (16 days) though think this is in company tncs.

I was sceptical at first, but having ordered a pair of frames they’re very much authentic. They cut out the middleman by selling online which reduces the cost of designer frames. Customer service is quick and flexible. I sent back a pair as I was undecided and they held on to my money (at my request) until I found a more suitable pair and the exchange process was done in 48 hours.

I haven’t used their prescription service, but I assume that it will be comparable to other opticians.

I've been waiting for my glasses since mid April now nearly a month and despite the supplier sending the frames 2 weeks ago Opticians Direct don't seem to know where they are, all I get told when I chase up is they were sent 2 weeks ago just wait.

Just wait for what, this is ridiculous, they are cheaper than thier competition but they are useless, at the moment I've paid nearly £200 for nothing at all.
